How does the Job Folder system work?
When you paste a job description and your resume, Nuvio Prep automatically creates a folder on your computer named after the company and position — for example, Amazon/SeniorProductManager. Inside, it saves your tailored resume, personalized cover letter, the original JD, and the generated interview questions. Everything is ready to revisit any time, even months later.
Why is the Speech Clarity feature important?
Many large employers now use AI-powered voice screening tools for first-round interviews — HireVue, Paradox, and others. These tools transcribe and analyze your speech automatically. If the AI misunderstands your pronunciation, pacing, or diction, your answers get scored incorrectly regardless of content. Nuvio Prep's Speech Coach shows you your transcription accuracy score and identifies patterns to improve before the real interview.
Can I use my own interview questions?
Yes — both modes are available. The AI can generate a relevant question set from the job description you provide, covering Technical, Behavioral, Leadership, and Scenario tracks. Or you can input your own custom question list to practice specific questions you know are coming. Either way the AI conducts the interview, scores your answers, and provides detailed coaching.
Is my data private?
Completely private. Nuvio Prep is a downloadable desktop application — your resume, audio recordings, transcriptions, job folders, and all generated documents are stored locally on your machine only. We never receive or store your personal data. The only data that leaves your computer is temporarily sent to your chosen AI provider for processing, subject to their own privacy policies.
Does it support technical interviews?
Yes. The AI generates questions across Technical, Behavioral, Leadership, and Scenario tracks — directly from the job description you provide. You can also specify the track you want to focus on, or mix tracks in a single session.
