A SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, roles, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and pricing. It’s the primary document that governs the engagement and ensures both parties share expectations.

Send a brief summary of your objectives and challenges via our contact form. We’ll follow up with an introductory call and can provide a tailored RFP response or scope outline.

We offer Time & Materials, Fixed Price for defined SOWs, and Outcome-based contracts for longer engagements. Billing is typically monthly or milestone-based; payment terms are stated in the contract.

Ownership is defined in the SOW and contract. Typically, clients own deliverables and IP created specifically for the engagement, while pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks remain the consultant’s property and are licensed for use.

Timelines depend on scope: Discovery engagements are usually 2-6 weeks, pilots 6-12 weeks, and full transformations vary (3-12+ months). Your SOW will define detailed milestones and delivery dates.

We follow best practices: data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, vulnerability scanning, and secure development practices. Specific compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) are addressed in the SOW.

After contract signature and initial payment (if applicable), we conduct a kickoff workshop to align stakeholders, confirm scope, establish communication cadence, and begin discovery activities.

Yes. We provide support options including short-term hypercare, longer-term maintenance contracts, and SLA-backed support. Support scope and SLAs are defined in the SOW or separate support agreement.
