No. We use AI to read, convert, and summarize your data. It won't retain data after processing is complete.
Is our data used for training?
No — data is not used for training or anything beyond conversion and summarization.
Is data safe?
Nuvio Extract operates as a desktop application, processing files locally on the user's device. For document classification and extraction, it securely invokes Microsoft Azure cloud-based AI services. Document data is transmitted only for the duration of processing, is not stored or retained by Nuvio Extract or Azure, and is not accessible to human reviewers. All data is discarded immediately upon completion to ensure privacy, security, and audit compliance. We use the latest industry encryption methodologies to transfer and process data.
Who has access to my data?
Only the AI processing system has temporary access during the operation. No humans access your data, and it is not retained after processing.
What happens if processing fails?
If processing fails, you can retry the operation or contact our support team. No data is retained in case of failure.
